"Not a valid IP address pattern" after submitting to dmoz

Using my home network (Singtel, Singapore) I tried to submit a URL to dmoz.org and got the error message: "Not a valid IP address pattern"

This is probably due to my home network using some sort of dynamic or shared IP address.

The fix was to use a proxy to access the submission page. After a few tries, I finally found one on here that works.
