Let's just start by saying it is a bit cheeky to not provide a visible uninstaller for this piece of horrible software.
Anyway, to still allow you to get rid of it, Cisco/Linksys have hidden the file here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Pure Networks\Setup\NmAppSetupInstaller_0.msi
