waiting apache2: could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
It doesn't seem critical, but seems a bit annoying. To fix this, I added the following line at the bottom of "/etc/apache2/apache2.conf"
ServerName localhost
Then restarted apache.
